What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include: 

  • First point of contact for visitors to the office
  • Office administration
  • Answering telephone and passing on messages
  • Fleet – including fuel cards, looking after keys
  • Travel – including looking after hotel cards and interacting with travel companies
  • Dispatching outgoing mail
  • Dealing with clients in a professional manner
  • Order food for customers and trainees
  • Processing engineers reports through inhouse system
  • Using SAP – quotes, orders, and invoicing
