What will the apprentice be doing?
This post would suit candidates who have an interest in learning key sales techniques and retailing to the public. Our two large stores are busy and long established.
Applicants should be able to work effectively with others, have good communication and time management skills. This is a rare and excellent opportunity to join a busy team and develop your skills in a real work environment, working alongside our team of experienced, driven and supportive colleagues.
Duties will include:
- Selling carpet and flooring products to the public
- Handling customer enquiries
- Issuing quotes to customers
- Handling payments from customers
- Processing orders and payment information
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Standard Level 2.
Functional skills maths and English if required.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full-time position at the end of the Apprenticeship.
