What will the apprentice be doing?
Korma Sutra are looking for someone with a positive attitude and hands on approach as you will be managing the guests and staff. Being passionate about great service and enjoying working in a fast faced environment are key to this role. The day-to day-duties involved in the administration role will include:
· Ensuring each customer receives impeccable service
· Taking orders from customers at table / over the phone for takeaway & delivery orders
· Serving food, drink & alcohol
· Cleaning and resetting tables
· Packing takeaway orders
· Supervise the set up and breakdown of the restaurant
· Have excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with colleagues and guests in a friendly professional manner

Functional Skills English and maths (Level 1 may be required )
Day release – delivered virtually online once a month. Drop-in session to college monthly also available.
15 month duration (12 month programme and 3 month end point assessment period)
