The applicant will need to be motivated, able to work in a team, as well as using their own initiative with some guidance. You need to have good phone skills, be I.T. literate and willing to take on any task. This is a constantly changing workplace - no day is the same, so you will need to be able to cope with this and remain calm under pressure.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Supporting the medical centre staff across a range of administration duties which include working across admin and clinical work areas
- The position will involve working on administrative projects as well
as some clinical projects. This could include clinical audits and
searches, speaking with patients to collect clinical data, working on Health & Safety, infection control, HR, CQC requirements and

new protocols, and may develop in to presenting data to the clinical meeting.
- It is possible that over the time of the apprenticeship the role will develop in the direction of the needs of the practice.

Level 3 Business Administration
Apprentices who have not achieved the equivalent of level 2 in
maths and English, must achieve these prior to end point
Apprentices will be allocated a Trainer Assessor and training will be
planned and delivered in conjunction with the employer to meet
the individual needs of the apprentice.
The apprentice will spend 20% of their working hours in off the job
activities and training.
