What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Dealing with the general public, face to face as well as by email and over the telephone
  • Booking all aspects of travel, package holidays, cruises, tailormade ATOL bonded bookings
  • Administration of bookings, general office duties, updating window offers and the website and looking after the business social media

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • You will be working towards and being trained to complete a Travel Consultant Level 3
  • This will be achieved by in house training, workshops and visits in person or virtually over the course of 12 months
  • At the end of this apprenticeship there may be an opportunity to continue the role and be taken on full time

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of this apprenticeship, there will be an opportunity for a full time placement.
