What will the apprentice be doing?

  • responsibilities include managing the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • bringing in new candidates and nurturing existing relationships with clients-building professional relationships and market knowledge.
  • use our database to keep in touch with candidates, consistently hitting your KPI’s and targets.
  • you will be trained on all our processes and methodologies to source candidates successfully and managing them on ongoing basis.
  • working as part of a well-established business team and managing the recruitment process.
  • you will be trained on all protocols, processes and procedures of the company and the role. 

You must have the ambition and drive to work towards targets and achieve goals to be rewarded with commission and promotions. You will ideally come from a customer service or sales background, although this is not necessary.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Admin Apprenticeship Standard

Fortnightly attendance to Leicester College Freemans Park Camus or City Skills Centre will be required during the course of the apprenticeship program. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

In our 180 recruitment role you will be handling the candidate side of the recruitment process and can develop into a 360 consultant or Key Account Manager once you complete your training and reached the required level.
