What will the apprentice be doing?

The apprenticeship training will include but not be limited to

  • Answering the telephone, transferring calls, using the tannoy system.
  • Accounts – matching supplier delivery notes with orders and invoices
  • Monitor time keeping and updating records
  • Filing
  • Updating documents – Microsoft office and excel

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards the Level 3 Business Administrator standard with Gateshead College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possible progression to full time employment.
