What will the apprentice be doing?
A normal day would include:
- • Adding new inspection requests to our bespoke claim system, DeskGeni
- Phoning customers to book inspections for our surveyors
- Handling incoming calls from customers with queries about the process or about the surveyor report
- Checking surveyors reports for accuracy and completeness
- Updating building specifications and surveyor reports where appropriate
Full training and support will be provided by The Growth Company to help you achieve your apprenticeship and reach your full potential in your role.
CII accredited training provided and support to complete the certificate in insurance and entry level insurance qualifications.
