As an Administrator Apprentice at the UK's No.1 Kitchen Retail Specialist, Wren Kitchens, you will be responsible for the admin and customer service for the company. The role will develop throughout the Apprenticeship, therefore you will be involved in more advanced duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Liaising with other departments including transport, recruitment and training to ensure the smooth training and operation of mobile designers
- Updating and creating designers’ logins within the driver monitoring system
- Maintaining a trained driver and vehicle standard tracker
- Updated usage and efficiency reports
- Sending out communications in line with company branding guidelines
- Monitor communications and ensure correct paperwork completion
- Ensure changes are made to support materials, formatting content against our corporate brand guidelines
- Adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:
- Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
- Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
- Level 2 Functional Skills in English
You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills that you have to take. There will also be an end point assessment.
