What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Liaising with other departments including transport, recruitment and training to ensure the smooth training and operation of mobile designers
  • Updating and creating designers’ logins within the driver monitoring system
  • Maintaining a trained driver and vehicle standard tracker
  • Updated usage and efficiency reports
  • Sending out communications in line with company branding guidelines
  • Monitor communications and ensure correct paperwork completion
  • Ensure changes are made to support materials, formatting content against our corporate brand guidelines
  • Adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration consisting of:

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship in Business Administration
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in Mathematics
  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English

You will be required to attend a half-day session with HBTC where you will work towards any functional skills that you have to take. There will also be an end point assessment.
