What will the apprentice be doing?

  •   Investigate and respond to customer complaints.
  •   Logging of complaint emails and efficient record keeping.
  •   Review of company policies to ensure they are up to date.
  •   Assist with delegated task from Senior Management.
  •   Data extraction for clients to conduct due diligence.
  •   Complete audits on department areas as per the Audit schedule.
  •    Once training has been provided on business processes        administrators will conduct call audits to ensure they adhere to company policies and procedures.
  •   Always abide by company policy and procedures.
  •   Always adhere to regulatory and legislative rules and guidelines.
  •  Ensure accurate, detailed, and efficient data inputting.
  •  Handle all client accounts according to specific client requirements.
  •  Use all systems and software strictly within accordance to its sole purpose.

  • Business Administrator Level 3 Standard

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

  • On completion of a successful apprenticeship there may be the opportunity to progress to a Compliance Officer role
