What will the apprentice be doing?

As part of the role you will be contacting our customers to gain feedback from their experience and also be handling inbound customer queries.

Main responsibilities:

  • Studying customer feedback to see if RRG Group are providing the level of service required
  • Looking for improvement if standards not being met
  • Contacting customers via email and telephone to get direct feedback from customers
  • Learning about all aspects of the company
  • Spending time with different departments to understand full customer journey
  • Understand the business, what they do and why
