What will the apprentice be doing?

Main responsibilities: 
Writing content for company blog, newsletter, websites and marketing communications 
Updating social media daily 
Updating websites and product listings 
Creating email campaigns using Mailchimp 
Help with managing digital advertising – Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Facebook Ads 
Assisting with other tasks such as competitor analysis, SEO, data entry, liaison with other branches 
Assisting with the production of marketing materials, e.g. brochures, flyers, adverts, newsletter 

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Digital Marketer apprenticeship standard, which includes:

Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required)
End-Point Assessment (EPA)

Apprentices work with our lead tutor, who will be delivering a mixture of online learning and face-to-face learning in the workplace. Visits include some 1 to 1 time, observation of the learner working as part of the assessment and feedback process.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

A full-time position is expected following successful completion of the apprenticeship. The marketing role may be a gateway to further career opportunities.
Progession with higher level Apprenticeships is also available.
