What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties will include:

  • Processing sales orders for machine sales to the Wacker Neuson dealer network
  • Road registration of machines
  • Issuing quotes and pro forma invoices to customers
  • Liaising with dealers, sales colleagues and the workshop regarding administration tasks relating to machine modifications
  • Liaising with the parts sale team, warehouse and accounts to progress orders as required
  • Liaising with Germany about machine supply and keeping customers informed
  • Supporting the department and company in a fast- paced and growing environment
  • Assist with improving processes and systems within the machine sales team and generating new ideas
  • General administration including answering emails and phone calls from customers
