To work for a 5 star house builder and train with an experienced customer care coordinator on handling customers issue with their new home. Full training will be given and offers a variety of day to day issues to deal with.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Daily responsibilities will be:
- General administration duties i.e logging defects from snagging reports onto coins
- Ensuring documents from customers have been returned
- Courtesy calls/emails
- Chasing up outstanding defects

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Full time employment, a career in customer care and learn multiple aspects of house building.
