The Apprentice will join our engineering team, where you will learn and develop knowledge of the security industry, whilst supporting our servicing team. As well as technical support duties, you will receive training on security solutions including IP video surveillance, access control, intruder and intercom systems.

What will the apprentice be doing?
The apprentice's duties will include:
- Setting up Servers and Workstations in the office and on site.
- Configuring security peripherals (Controllers, Cameras, sensors, etc)
- Prepare both commissioning and testing documentation
- Bench-test systems before they leave the office
- Shadow and support Technical Engineers at our site
- Supporting Service Engineers in the field
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will study Level 3 Information Communications Technician Apprenticeship Standard. The training will be at Harlow College, Harlow, Essex, as well as on the job. The program operates as a day-release, one day per week at Harlow College.
This will include:
Personal Learning and Thinking Skills.
The program is based on end point assessment.
