What will the apprentice be doing?

To liaise with the in house and remote sales team, dealerships, finance companies and customers to answer general queries which will assist the administration and sales teams with progressing vehicle orders until they are booked for delivery.

The candidate will answer general queries via email and over the phone from potential customers and customers whose vehicles have already been delivered. To assist customers with making changes to their lease.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Requesting, sending and submitting extension, early termination and mileage amendment documents
  • Requesting and sending vehicle status updates
  • Answering general queries over the phone and via email
  • Using our in house CRM and multiple bespoke CRM’s
  • GDPR
  • Compliance
  • Answering the phone when the sales team are on other calls
