What will the apprentice be doing?

This post involves oversight of registers in the Sixth Form provision within school. Ensuring teachers complete their registers within a specific time frame, ensuring students are on time for school and researching absences by calling home where no information is given on absence.

Training will be given on using an attendance spreadsheet to ensure the Year Leader Sixth Form and the Assistant Principal (Sixth Form) have up to date data as well as monitoring whether students are punctual.

On a daily basis the successful applicant will be provided a base and work as part of the Sixth Form team to ensure that letters are individualised with the correct data, as well as training on the use of SIMS and also the opportunity for further development opportunities by working with the Year Leader Sixth Form.
