What will the apprentice be doing?

The administration team manage 100-120 temporary employees and your duties would include:

  • Collecting all compliance documents for all Robertson Bell placements
  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns, organising interviews, and creating job packs
  • Sending contracts to employees
  • Dealing with general enquiries and responding in a timely manner
  • Answering telephone calls and speaking with candidates
  • General administrative duties such as filing, scanning and data entry
  • Meet and greet visitors at reception
  • Arranging travel accommodation for Managers
