    Salary starting at £12,000 per year 28 days holiday including Bank holidays, an additional paid day off on your birthday, along with a pension scheme and an invitation to join our healthcare scheme.

What will the apprentice be doing?

Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Answering door and telephone, raising support tickets, taking messages, and arranging courier services
  • Purchase/Sales administration
  • Invoice adjustments based on feedback from Operations Manager/Technical Team
  • Chasing outstanding debt/sending account statements
  • Accounts queries, raising invoices and credit note
  • Registering warranties for systems
  • Managing supplier RMAs
  • Order office and workshop supplies
  • Book in office contractors - window cleaner, alarm checks, bin collections
  • Arranging old technology collections/buy back scheme
  • Communicating with selected clients, providers, third parties and colleagues
  • Update manual and computerised records/management information systems

  • Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship
  • Functional Skills in English and Maths, if required
  • One to One work with Skills Coach

  • Following completion of a satisfactory probation period and training, you may be offered the opportunity of working “hybrid” – balancing your working week between our Finchampstead Office (rural location) and your own home

Things to consider

We are currently based in a rural location with limited access to public transport. We will be moving offices in January 2023 to Winnersh Triangle where there is regular access to the bus and train network.
