About the employer

I am the owner and Director of MWT Enterprises which trades at Kazbar, now operating for over 8 years. I have worked in hospitality since the age of 16, working in various hotels and restaurants. Myself and Max, our Head Chef, who joined us earlier this year would love to mentor someone, training them up to become a key member of staff and perhaps inspire them to one day open their own restaurant/bar.
