What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Daily administration and inputting customer service information.
  • Responding to basic customer queries.
  • Filing.
  • Daily post.
  • To order equipment as requested and process invoices.
  • To maintain the equipment register and carry out stock takes if required.
  • To maintain stationery and consumables stock and supplies.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administrator apprenticeship standard.

You will attend weekly off the job training sessions at the Oldham College.

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

At the end of the apprenticeship, our aim is to be able to offer opportunities for full time employment within the organisation subject to satisfactory completion of the apprenticeship.
