What will the apprentice be doing?

The primary role is to identify candidates for our client’s roles through accessing databases, job boards, LinkedIn, networking, etc and match the suitability of the candidates against the job description. You will identify and speak to the candidates take them through the available opportunities whilst assessing their suitability and confirming key information such as salary, location, availability, etc.

You will work closely with our consultants supporting them to deliver a great customer experience for both the hiring clients and the candidates.

You will also play a part in the administration of the company website, place ads on job boards, help us to utilise our internal CRM system, help to create email campaigns to clients and candidates, etc.

Our clients are Apprenticeship training providers, awarding bodies and large employers who are seeking key team members that are involved in the delivery, management and creation of apprenticeship programmes.

  • Level 2 Functional Skills in English and maths (if required)

  • Become a full time resourcer with the opportunity to progress into an account manager
