What will the apprentice be doing?

Your duties will vary to respond to business need but will largely consist of:

  • Ordering food as required
  • Preparing food
  • Undertaking a range of cooking tasks
  • Working on the carvery
  • Carrying out breakfast duties
  • Ensuring food is stored correctly
  • Cleaning of workstations
  • Ensuring customers have a pleasant experience
