    Apprentices are paid for their normal working hours and training that's part of their apprenticeship (usually one day per week).

    Minimum Wage Rates

    8am-5pm Monday-Friday Minimum of two Saturdays per calendar month. 10am-2pm Your working hours will include time spent completing off-the-job training Apprentices under 18 will work a maximum of 40 hours per week including training.

What will the apprentice be doing?

You will be allocated a dedicated training manager to assist with your development.

You will be required to complete the following tasks:

General Administration works
Kitchen design works
Bathroom design works
Bedroom design works
Pricing works
Interior design works
Minute taking
Customer follow up emails
Private showroom tours
Customer Presentations
Customer design meetings.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration level 3 apprenticeship.

You will attend college approx every 6 weeks, college transport is available, and you will receive visits from your college assessor mentor throughout your apprenticeship. 

Full training on company systems. 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Progression into full time employment upon successful completion of your training.
