What will the apprentice be doing?

Our apprentices work within a team, supporting one another and the rest of the business. There are a wide range of responsibilities including but not limited to:

-        Morning and afternoon post

-        Monitoring the information inbox

-        Visitor lists

-        Booking meeting rooms

-        Chasing insurer documentation

-        Monthly renewals

-        Invoicing

-        Scanning

-        Mail merges

-        Insurer and client letters

-        Printing and binding

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Qualification 

  • Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard in Business Administrator

End-point Assessment (EPA):

·          Knowledge test

·          Portfolio based interview

·          Project presentation
 

Delivery Method

  • 14 sessions delivered at Loughborough (Thurs AM)
  • Online portfolio to update with learning and development completed onsite
  • Diarised visits from dedicated Trainer/Assessor

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Potential opportunity for a permanent role within the company following successful completion of the apprenticeship.
