What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Maintain internal & external systems
  • Answer and directing phone calls
  • Update compliance & training records for the group
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Update and maintain office policies and procedures
  • Book travel arrangements
  • Liaise with Manager to handle requests and queries from the business senior management team
  • Assist with placing orders and follow up orders placed with suppliers
  • Working with logistics to administrate internal/external systems
  • Assisting with creating financial documents and associated administration duties
  • Participate in minute taking

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

The successful candidate will work towards a Business Administration Level 3 qualfication.
