What will the apprentice be doing?

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3 GCSE’S one of which must be English language and computer literate.
  • Looking to develop within a career in administration or an office environment
  • Able to commute to Direct House, Greenwood Drive, Runcorn, WA7 1UG 

APPRENTICESHIP WOULD BE SUITABLE FOR SOMEONE:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANTS:

Various administration tasks including but not limited to:

  • Undertaking tracing and searching activities.
  • Logging of payments onto case management system.
  • Accurately inputting data.
  • Opening, scanning & sorting of incoming correspondence.
  • Setting up new cases onto case management system and supporting various internal teams.

  • As a Business Administration Apprentice with BPP, you will undertake the Business Administrator Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship.
  • The apprenticeship will be delivered through a blend of live online learning, pre-recorded lectures and workplace support.

 

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Depending upon aptitude and ability may be eligible for a permanent administration role or to develop into our collections team either on the phone or in correspondence.
