What will the apprentice be doing?
About the role:
We work with managers from across the NHS to help them to be the best employers they can be so they can look after their staff and get the most out of them. We encourage them to listen to their staff, to aid their development, and to invest in their experiences around a number of NHS workforce topics.
As an apprentice you will:
- Provide effective administrative support to the workforce supply team
- Work as part of the team to help with the co-ordination, administration, and delivery of specific programmes of work with national importance with a focus on providing excellent customer service

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 Apprenticeship.
1 day a week at The Printworks Campus, Leeds.
We will support and coach the apprentice through the apprenticeship
We will carry out both curriculum and pastoral care.
We will carry out the skills development workshop days off site.
An assessor will oversee the teaching and learning around the knowledge, behaviours and skills elements of the standard, outlined below*.
Assessor visits will take place on a regular basis. We will manage the
apprentice’s OneFile account ensuring targets, milestones and
deadlines are achieved.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
- Possible full time position in an administrative/customer service role.
