What will the apprentice be doing?

From raising a quote to chasing a late payment, the admin team deal with every part of the day to day running of the business, such as:

  • Data Input
  • Processing Orders
  • Processing Invoices, updating financial transactions
  • Credit Control
  • Developing Customer / Supplier Relationships
  • General Office and Admin Duties
  • Researching data on potential new customers
  • Answering customer queries (telephone / email)

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator Apprenticeship standard.

Training will be provided 1 day per week, and lessons will be carried out at Oldham College

About the employer

Based just off Manchester Road in Oldham, with good transport links to Manchester / Oldham and the M60
