What will the apprentice be doing?
- First point of contact for customer on phone and face to face
- Responding to emails
- Answering telephone
- Learning about products
- Taking messages
- Raising hire contracts, invoices and transport notes
- Creating quotations, hire confirmations and negotiating pricing along with other associated administration tasks
- Communicating with Management and other members of the team
- Communicating with suppliers and purchasing
- General office duties

Customer Service L2 qualification
Functional skills if required up to level 2
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once Apprenticeship has been completed there will be a position available within the company if business allows
