What will the apprentice be doing?

  • First point of contact for customer on phone and face to face 
  • Responding to emails 
  • Answering telephone 
  • Learning about products 
  • Taking messages 
  • Raising hire contracts, invoices and transport notes
  • Creating quotations, hire confirmations and negotiating pricing along with other associated administration tasks
  • Communicating with Management and other members of the team
