What will the apprentice be doing?

We are currently seeking an apprentice to join our team in Manchester. The purpose of the role is to provide administration support to your Sales and Account Management colleagues, helping them to deliver service excellence to our customers and brokers.

You will be part of an experienced and close-knit team who will teach you the key skills required to work in a business environment. Skills such as organisation, customer service, teamwork and the ability to work well under pressure. After full training you will complete the following tasks:

  • Administration (such as preparing and collating insurance documents).
  • Arranging meetings.
  • Data entry.
  • Producing reports.
  • Communicating with customers over the phone and in writing.

What you will be learning:

  • How credit Insurance works.
  • How your role fits into the wider business and what value you can add.
  • How to engage with customers and build fulfilling long-term relationships.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

You will work towards your Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.

Functional Skills in English and Maths Level 2 (if required).

What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?

Possibility of a full time post upon completing the apprenticeship.
