About the employer

WHAT WE DO... We specialise in the development, delivery and 24/7/365 first/second/third line support of: private and hybrid cloud Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) ecosystems event-driven, enterprise scale data transformation pipelines (ETL) Progressive Web Applications (PWA). We also excel in recovering failing software projects and resuming mothballed projects. CDG’s range of project rescue, software entropy and technical auditing services enable clients to de-risk, recover and transition the development, documentation and live support of business services. WHY WE DO IT... Not all companies with software development requirements have in-house software development departments, nor can they afford or accept the astronomical costs, bloated headcount and inflexible governance terms of engaging a multinational IT consultancy. CDG enables clients to quickly and affordably parachute in lean, cross functional, end-to-end technical delivery capabilities into their business on a short term, pay-as-you-go basis. Our teams interface efficiently with in-house processes and implement our brand of test driven development (TDD). We have a strong track record of outperforming teams that have supplied by consultancy companies that are valued tens of thousands of times larger than ourselves.
