This is a new role & will be incredibly diverse. One day you could be creating social media posts and the next you could even be out onsite giving our service engineers a helping hand.

What will the apprentice be doing?
- Admin - general office duties.
- Planning & organising.
- Social media - generate new social media posts each & every week - engaging with customers new & existing.
- Sales - prepare sales quotations & compile sales data.
- Service – hands-on training, on site at our customers' sites with our team of engineers.
Compressed air is a very niche industry but don’t worry, we will teach you all you need to know about our compressed air world!
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Business administrator (level 3).
We will deliver the apprenticeship, at our Romsey location over a period of up to 3 years (Working week = 39 hours + occassional overtime).
Knowledge (Off the Job) will be delivered by distance learning online, and will be available 24/7.
The role of a business administrator may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities.
Business administrators are expected to deliver their responsibilities efficiently and with integrity, whilst demonstrating a positive attitude. The role involves demonstrating strong communication skills and adopting a proactive approach to developing skills.
No previous experience required
Learners should be comfortable using a computer to gather workplace evidence.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Once the apprenticeship is complete, the role will progress into "Operation Support Assistant".
