What will the apprentice be doing?

Key responsibilities

Generate:

Client quotes
Purchase orders
Invoices

For approval from relevant parties in a timely manner. 

Maintain databases (making sure accurate information is logged so all lead generation can be tracked and reported
To provide sales support to Account Manager(s) with accurate and timely quotations.
Responsible for executing any Secure IT marketing campaigns and quarterly offers to channel clients. Following these campaigns up and reporting back onto client database.
Develop close working relationships internally and externally
Ability to succeed and go beyond KPI’s
Support in organising company events, including hotels/ attendee registrations and catering arrangements

Key tasks from day to day

Generate quotes/invoices/purchase orders for internal approval
Manage inbound phones calls to SecureIT
Meet and greet visitors to the SecureIT offices
Research staff and consultants hotel/flight bookings to ensure smooth process
Manage internal room bookings visitors to the SecureIT offices, including visitor registration and room reservations
Manages registrations/hotel booking and overall structure for marketing events
Manage and post pre-written social media posts on relevant platforms
Manage internal paperwork such company receipts and post.  Ensure accurate filing
Ordering office stationery and supplies
Organise, store and print company documents

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Level 3 Business Administrator 

Ixion Holdings will provide the Business Administrator Apprenticeship Standard. Ixion Holdings will complete functional skills where necessary. Ixion Holdings will ensure Health & Safety, British Values and Equality & Diversity is embedded throughout the course. The employer will provide on the job guidance and training as well as fully supporting your apprenticeship.
