What will the apprentice be doing?

Supporting Student Services within the pastoral hub of our school, you will provide administrative support to our team of pastoral workers

Main duties includes:

  • Maintaining office systems, including data management and filing
    Answering phone calls
  • Provide general office support to the pastoral team
  • Organising and attending meetings
  • Meeting and greeting visitors / students
  • Staffing our student services hatch to provide advice, guidance and equipment to students
  • Using school online systems

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
With the support of your employer and Assessor, you will work to demonstrate the Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours detailed in the apprenticeship standard.
Training will be completed remotely within the workplace. There is no requirement for you to attend a college setting, we will build a training programme which is individual to you and your employer.
