The individual will offer admin support within the accounts team. Ensuring invoices and payments are recorded accurately and promptly and compliant with internal controls. This is a key role to ensure the effective and efficient running of the accounts payable department with your line manager and handling any admin duties.

What will the apprentice be doing?
Scanning and validating large volumes of purchase invoices, collating into batches and ensuring they are check and errors reported
Processing daily payment runs for multiple ledgers, balancing off ledgers to ensure accuracy of payment runs
Helps to plan promotional events hosted by the company's marketing department
To perform a variety of tasks encompassing a broad array of complex issues. Generation of complex spreadsheets, reports, and summaries
To manage Merchant feeds such as Amazon, eBay
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Upon completion of the apprenticeship the correct candidate will have a Business Administration Level 3 qualification as well as practical work experience.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
Possibility to progress on completion of apprenticeship.
