What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Assist in the preparation of food.
  • Assist in cleaning all areas of kitchen.
  • Ensuring high level of health and safety and hygiene standards are met.
  • Safe working practices are followed.
  • Assist in stock taking and checking deliveries.
  • To carry out any other duties within the overall function of the job.
  • Use of specialist kitchen-equipment.
  • Ensure compliance to procedures, menu specifications and recipes.
  • Commit to personal development activities.
  • Adapting and producing dishes to meet special dietry, religious and allergenic requirements.
