What will the apprentice be doing?

Duties include: 

  • Answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
  • Data entry of receipts and expenses
  • Logging of documents into payroll system
  • Sending emails and calling workers to obtain compliance documents
  • Monitoring the WhatsApp
  • Proactively assist with the smooth running of the office
  • Weekly reporting to clients
  • Quarterly updates and reporting
  • General administration duties

  • End Point Assessment (EPA)
