What will the apprentice be doing?
Your day to day will vary, with a large focus on record keeping and being a primary contact. Working Closely with the office manager, you will develop your timekeeping and communication skills, ensuring all required paperwork is completed ready for the operations team to provide to clients.
While you will cover a range of tasks, both administrative and general, your duties will include (but not limited to);
- Opening and closing files
- Filing
- Photocopying and scanning
- Answering telephone calls
- Being a first point of contact to clients when they attend the office
- All general administrative work as required
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
You will be working towards the Business Administrator Level 3 Apprenticeship Standard.
This Apprenticeship trains you to provide excellent business administration services and can be applied to hundreds of job roles.
You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times. The Apprenticeship duration will be 12 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your final End-Point Assessments.
You will not be required to attend college.
