Kirkman & Jourdain are seeking a lively and engaged person to train as an administrator for their business reception. Based at Waltham Abbey in Essex, the apprentice will receive training & support, as well as developing a wide skill base including, admin, accounts and customer service work. What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Viewing, screening and maintaining main email address
  • Taking incoming calls, screening and transferring them to the correct person/dept
  • Post duties, open / send distributing / signing for deliveries
  • Assisting accounts department with invoices/PO’s etc
  • Photocopying and replenishing paper/toner / scanning / typing / printing / filing / collating /
  • Meet and greet clients offering refreshments as required
  • Ensure meeting room is tidied promptly after each meeting including clearing of refreshments /Tea/Coffee making
  • Diary Management
  • Any ad-hoc duties as requested by Managers
