What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Monitor, evaluate and improve the management of data and information
  • Support central record improvement/maintenance and data quality across Education & Inclusion services including implementation of configuration changes within Capita ONE
  • Support data integration initiatives matching Education & Inclusion services data with that from other directorates and external partners
  • Design, create and support data capture forms through products such as Google Forms for collection, collation, and analysis
  • Provide support to school users of the LA data traded service system (Perspective Lite) and liaise with suppliers where necessary
  • Update records and provide analysis related to Ofsted Inspections of Calderdale Schools and other settings
  • Assist with ensuring schools have met their statutory duties with regard to assessment returns, making contact with schools if necessary
