What will the apprentice be doing?

Main Responsibilities: 

  • Provide support to all company IT users
  • Maintain and support operation of all company software, equipment and services
  • Assist with basic support of telephone system and mobile phone provision
  • Keep IT team informed at all times of issues and schedules
  • Regular checks on systems to maintain efficiency
  • Brief users on system changes and new features

Also:

  • You'll have to work outside normal working hours if required
  • And attend training courses as and when required.
