What will the apprentice be doing?

  • To carry out general business administrative tasks in relation to property management.
  • Dealing with telephone and email enquiries
  • Taking property bookings
  • Logging repair orders ·
  • Maintaining filing systems
  • Composing correspondence
  • Keeping diaries ·
  • Arranging meetings/appointments.
  • Using content management systems to maintain and update websites and internal databases. 
  • Travelling with the team or manager to meetings

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

This apprenticeship prepares an individual for a range of general housing/property management duties leading to operational or specialist roles. You will have an assigned tutor who will arrange face to face as well as remote visits and will be available for support at all times.  

The Apprenticeship duration will be 15 months of training and a further 3 months of preparation for your final End-Point Assessment (EPA).
