What will the apprentice be doing?
Prepare food items, adhering to relevant health and safety standards. Follow recipes to support the chefs with cooking, learning appropriate cooking techniques whilst doing so. Operate kitchen equipment confidently and safely. Maintain clean working stations as well as assisting with the cleaning of the kitchen and equipment on a regular basis. Organising kitchen equipment. Participating in frequent stock takes, informing of low levels where necessary.
