What will the apprentice be doing?
Duties to include: • Support colleagues in roles to improve performance by working on and implementing strategies within the culture of the organisation • Identify HR systems that can manage performance management techniques including goal and objective setting and appraisals • Review performance of colleagues and provide feedback • Work on and implement communication strategies • Liaise with governance and compliance teams to understand legislation and budget constraintsWhat training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Level 3 Team Leader/Supervisor apprenticeship standard Level 2 Functional Skills in maths and English (if required) This apprenticeship is delivered through a combination of Work Based Assessment and day/block release. The programme will culminate in an End Point Assessment, where all the skills and knowledge gained on the apprenticeship will be formally tested.What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
