What will the apprentice be doing?

National Minimum Wage for Age is paid.
No two days are the same as there is an opportunity to learn about the legal sector. You will be dealing with the public with simple queries. You will become a vital part of the team by assisting the fee earners with the day to day administration of files, getting out post, photocopying or scanning to the electronic file on the case management system. Job Purpose: Supporting fee earners and secretarial staff with their work

Opening case files on Case Management System
Closing of files on Case Management system and completing the archiving process, filling out of index cards, and storage of closed files
Answering the phones
Receiving and channelling telephone calls, and taking messages
Dealing with straight forward enquiries
Making telephone calls to clients, solicitors, court etc
