What will the apprentice be doing?

Reporting to the Office Manager on a day-to-day basis.  

  • Liaising with customers – both prospects and existing
  • Answering initial general sales enquiries and qualifying potential sales leads
  • Quote preparation
  • General office administration including assisting with managing and ordering engineering parts stock
  • Planning service and maintenance visits

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

  • Level 3 Business Administration Standard
  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required
