What will the apprentice be doing?

The ideal candidate is someone who is efficient, has a keen attention to details and is comfortable being a member of a team. The ability to work on several tasks and manage your own workload is essential. 

The key roles and skills needed are as follows:

Key roles:

  • Maintaining and updating a large database in Hubspot
  • Writing and processing energy contracts
  • Running a series of data reports with Microsoft Excel
  • Updating the company’s website
  • Calculating agent’s commission payments
  • Invoicing energy suppliers

Skills needed:

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word
  • Keen attention to detail
  • Good organisational skills
  • Experience self-managing workloads
  • Experience with data entry

  • Functional skills in Maths and English if required
