What will the apprentice be doing?

Within the role you will:
- Work on challenging projects with real business impact.
- Develop skills in a number of the following areas: business analysis, project management, testing and project management services.
- Work with a designated mentor.
- Benefit from the skills and capabilities from experienced colleagues and mentors.
- Receive training on systems, processes and core brand values.
- Work with INSTEP who will support you in gaining a nationally-recognised Associate Project Manager qualification.
What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?
Training to be provided:
Instep apprenticeship training programmes are delivered by a mix of face to face interactions, virtual and digital learning with ongoing support by our fully qualified and industry experienced training team. Using their expert knowledge, we’ve purposefully built our programmes around the real-world use of modern technology, so that the skills we create can be directly applied in the workplace.
Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.
Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 4 Associate Project Manager and the industry accredited APM Project Management Qualification (PMQ)
The training for this course will be done in half day blocks of training.
What is the expected career progression after this apprenticeship?
