What will the apprentice be doing?

  • Provide digital marketing support to the rest of the Voice team across all of Voice’s clients, both retained and project.
  • Prepare for meetings - This could include collating social media reports, downloading Facebook and PPC reports with detailed analysis if required.
  • Starting to build positive working relationships with the clients you work with and being confident when liaising with them.
  • To come up with ideas for campaign strategies and be able to execute these with confidence to the clients.
  • To write ad copy for Facebook ads dependant on the campaign objective.
  • To create ad campaigns with support from Emily where necessary. This includes creating custom audiences.
  • To create monthly Facebook reports and provide a summary of data.
  • Play an active role in the development of Voice’s new purpose, vision and values alongside the rest of the team.
  • Proactively upskill yourself via TedTalks, online webinars, articles and blogs – sharing your findings with the rest of the team.

What training will the apprentice take and what qualification will the apprentice get at the end?

Throughout the apprenticeship learners receive coaching, help and guidance from a dedicated team who are there to ensure they get the most from their work experience.

Successful completion of this apprenticeship gives you an accredited Level 3 Digital Marketer, with training in how to:

  • Source, plan, develop and deploy digital content across a variety of channels including your website and social media.
  • Execute multi-channel digital campaigns using online platforms.
    Monitor and evaluate channel and campaign performance using different analytical tools.
  • Adopt a test and learn approach to digital marketing activities, making recommendations for improvement.

Basic understanding of Facebook Business manager. Basic understanding of Facebook ads manager. Experience of creating Facebook campaigns in ads manager not boosted posts. Basic understanding of Facebook Pixels and how these work within campaigns. Basic understanding of Google Analytics.
